A summary of a sensational weekend: It is no small request to ask university students to devote two days, in the midst of mid-term season, to design solutions to campus food security issues but students from across the country were willing to take on the challenge.
Our students participated in the Feeding 9 Billion Challenge then developed their projects by enrolling in the ICON course. The combination of ambitious students, real-life problems, and an incubative environment resulted in tremendous projects. Read on to see what some of them are up to!
